I reached out to Philadelphia Catering for a graduation event in May (about 70 guests) for my work department and corresponded with Megan L. to coordinate all details prior. Megan was very attentive to my needs and communicated with me regularly to assure that all details were in place. On the day of the event, the staff arrived in a timely manner to set up, food and beverages were amazing, service staff were detail-oriented, organized, and friendly to guests. I would give 10 stars if I could-everyone was so impressed! Will definitely use Philadelphia Catering for future corporate events!

Philadelphia Catering delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish. Christian Lisak was phenomenal in helping us plan our event—he was incredibly patient, responsive, and easy to work with. On our event day, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, arriving on time, setting up seamlessly, and ensuring every detail was handled with care. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety that pleased all of our guests and was beautifully presented. After the event, they returned promptly to pick up their equipment—something we had initially been concerned about—but once again, the Philadelphia Catering team came through right on time. It’s clear that quality and service are top priorities for them. We feel the only drawback was the additional cost for food servicing. Given the overall investment, we had expected Philadelphia Catering to include staff to serve our guests. Instead, we had to rely on our own staff to serve, which was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, Philadelphia Catering was top-notch and comes highly recommended.

I’m so grateful to have partnered with the Philadelphia Catering Company! I hosted a squash tournament that held over 500 students and staff in attendance and this company absolutely delivered. The food was fresh, well-organized, and efficiently served. Most importantly, no one left hungry! Coordinating meals at that scale is no small task, and they handled it seamlessly. Special shout outs to June and Megan for helping me place this order. Very special shout out to Ed and Carol who delivered and set up the food perfectly!😋
